SEATTLE — Police are looking into a blatant act of road rage that occurred over the weekend in West Seattle. The incident involved two suspects dragging a 22-year-old woman out of her car and assaulting her in the street.
At around 4:36 p.m. on Saturday, officers were dispatched to a road rage incident near California Ave SW and SW Charlestown St. The incident involving road rage turned into an assault, according to the complaint.
She tells us she was seeing her father in a nursing home when she was in town from Yakima. She claimed that following the removal of three tumors, her father suffered brain damage.
She claims that after she unintentionally cut off the suspect’s car, they attacked her.
“I got beat up in the intersection by both girls after they dragged me out of my truck, and my truck rolled down the hill and hit three parked cars.” In order to prevent any injuries, my sister had to pursue it and make an effort to stop it,” the victim stated.
The victim said that a good samaritan removed the attackers from her by stepping in.

A video of the attack was obtained by FOX 13 Seattle. The victim is seen in the video being punched by two ladies before being thrown to the ground in the intersection.
A FOX 13 viewer captured the moment a road rage incident escalated into a full-fledged assault on camera.
The two assailants are seen in the footage a short while later idly making their way back to their Range Rover before accelerating off the road.
Witnesses tell FOX 13 Seattle, though, that the attackers did not get very far.
“It is depressing that Seattle Police failed to arrive promptly. We had a chance to win those gals. The victim informed us that they were partying on the beach a mile away.

The situation of our city is depressing. that I should be concerned. You must be concerned. Everybody has to be concerned. That in the event that we are harmed, criminals will be more confident because they know there will be no consequences for their crimes,” Wendy Carrington stated.
Another Good Samaritan who attempted to halt the attack was Carrington. She claimed that she waited for the cops to show there for around two hours. According to SPD, the incident was reported at 4:36 p.m., and they arrived on the scene at 7:26 p.m. SPD explained why the response was delayed.
“I kept saying, ‘I’m sorry you had to go through this,’ and I apologized for our city.” This is truly terrible,” Carrington exclaimed.
According to the victim, she doesn’t think that the police are genuinely considering her case.
“I’m not hearing from anyone. No one is making an effort to connect. I’m the only one who wants to find these girls,” she remarked.
The suspects remain unidentified at this time.
