The Smithsonian’s Anacostia Museum will host a Juneteenth Freedom Celebration on June 19 from 10 p.m. to 5 p.m.
BeMo Brown will serve as the event’s host, and other performers, including Alex Vaughn, CuzzinB, and Noochie, will be performing all day long. Attendees are welcome to bring prepared food and nonalcoholic beverages.

On Monday, June 10, there will be a Juneteenth Concert at the White House.
Juneteenth For The City: The block party will take place on June 19 from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Michelle Obama Southeast Center of Bread for the City, which is situated at 1700 Marion Barry Avenue Southeast.
Savor delectable cuisine from restaurants owned by Black people, educational programs, and a marketplace for businesses. Take in live performances by ensembles like Purr Fec Peace Band and Wisdom Speaks Jazz Band.
