On Monday morning, at approximately 10:30 a.m., authorities hurried to the 4400 block of Eagle Falls Place in Tampa after receiving reports that Evan-Lloyd had a heated exchange with his ex-boss due to his dissatisfaction with his salary.

During a brief period, 21-year-old Christopher Esdale, the driver of the golf cart, was seen driving unlawfully on both roads and off-road areas while being pursued by a deputy with sirens blaring and lights flashing, according to a legal document.

At a certain moment, the deputy mentioned that he maneuvered his vehicle to block Esdale’s path, causing Esdale to veer off into the grass in an effort to escape from the authorities.

Esdale’s eyes were shimmering with moisture, his words slightly muddled, and a potent scent of alcohol emanated from his breath.

The deputies also noticed a whiskey bottle that seemed to have tumbled from Esdale’s golf cart.
