Recent rumors on social media have stated that Walmart, the massive retailer, will resume operating around-the-clock.
“There are no current plans to return our stores to 24 hours of operations,” Joe Pennington, director of Walmart’s press office, stated in a statement to KTLA. You can now purchase groceries for delivery and have them put away for you.
In 2020, Walmart responded to the COVID-19 epidemic by closing at 11 p.m. instead of running 24 hours a day.
Until further notice, Walmart stores and Neighborhood Markets will be open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

In a statement, Walmart’s then-Chief Operating Officer Dacona Smith said, “This will help ensure associates are able to stock the products our customers are looking for as well as perform cleaning and sanitizing.”
Although the corporation described the adjustments as temporary in the release, it has not yet stated when the locations will reopen for business around the clock.
