WFCN – One of the top home builders in the country, M/I Homes, has announced the opening of a brand-new community development near Noblesville called Silo Ridge.
On June 26, M/I Homes hosted a ribbon-cutting event that was presided over by Darren Paterson, president of the Noblesville Common Council.
The community, located off Indiana 38, has 100 single-story paid villas and 167 single-family houses built with separate porches, garages, and yards, according to M/I houses. They all have energy-efficient materials and designs, and their sizes range from 1,560 to 2,025 square feet.
Two new Uptown models with floor plans that have two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a two-car garage have been introduced by the neighborhood, according to MI/Homes.
Throughout the year, M/I Homes also revealed that the whole Silo Ridge neighborhood would have a walking trail, a playground, and a community swimming pool with a pool house installed. The walking track will begin at the Ind. 38 entrance.
