The man from Middlesex County is going to prison for his part in the attempted robbery in New Brunswick that resulted in the victim being shot fourteen times.
New Brunswick resident Jonathan Rosales, 23, has already entered a guilty plea to an indictment that included charges of attempted and conspired Hobbs Act robbery.

His sentencing was for 108 months, or nine years, on Thursday.
According to the authorities, Rosales and his accomplices Saul Peralta and Giovanni Hoyos-Jaimes tried to rob a victim in New Brunswick on December 28th, 2020.

The victim was shot fourteen times during a scuffle, leaving him with significant injuries.
Hoyos-Jaimes and Peralta both pled guilty earlier for their roles in this case.
Next month, Hoyos-Jaimes will face sentencing, while Peralta received a 78-month prison term.
