Wednesday, 6 a.m. to Wednesday, 12 p.m.: There will be a respite in activity with the first round of rain along with the front arriving by lunchtime. This may result in a few hours of restricted sunshine, which may contribute to the development of more widespread showers and storms later in the day.

Wednesday, December 12 – Wednesday, December 6: After 4 or 5 p.m., there will be more rain and thunderstorms. The afternoon rush hour will probably be greatly affected by this, as there will probably be ponding on the roads, decreased visibility, and even some isolated flash flooding.

Wednesday, 6 p.m. to Thursday, 12 a.m.: Most of the rain and storms should move north and east around 9 p.m., giving us a much more tolerable start to Thursday morning.

Most places will receive between half and three quarters of an inch of rain by the end of things, while some confined regions may receive as little as one or two inches!
