Small plane crash into backyard of Temple City home near San Gabriel Valley Airport

On Monday morning, a small plane struck a house in Temple City’s backyard.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the collision happened at approximately 7:57 a.m. in the 4900 block of Arden Drive close to the San Gabriel Valley Airport. The aircraft struck a one-story family residence.

According to the LACFD, it is unknown how many individuals were inside the house or the aircraft when the incident occurred.
