Man arrested in connection with San Bernardino County brush fire that torched nearly 30 acres

In relation to a small brush fire that started in San Bernardino County on Wednesday, a man was taken into custody.

Following news of the “spreading” fire, San Bernardino police and firefighters from the San Bernardino County Fire Department were sent to the scene near Little Mountain Drive and Edgehill Drive at approximately 2:00 p.m., according to an SBPD announcement posted on X.

Just over 30 acres were burned before the fire was completely contained, according to firefighters. According to authorities, no buildings were set on fire, and no one was hurt.
