High Attack in Few Minutes! Galveston Power Worker Allegedly Assaults Fellow Lineman, Leaving Him Critically Injured

Authorities in Galveston have detained a lineman on charges of assault after he allegedly beat another lineman while restoring power to the city.

Around 1:15 a.m. on Monday, the incident occurred near the 3100 block of Seawall Blvd., according to the Galveston Police Department. The man’s location on the sidewalk prompted the police to respond.

When the cops arrived, they discovered a man with obvious signs of repeated strikes, including wounds to the face and head. Emergency medical services sent the injured person to UTMB, where they are currently classed as critical.

There are charges of aggravated assault inflicting serious bodily injury against Tedore, and he was placed into the Galveston County Jail. He is required to post a bail of $200,000.

Tedore and the victim were reportedly linemen repairing power lines in Galveston after Hurricane Beryl. They were staying at a hotel close to the scene of the accident. Allegedly, Tedore and the victim were coworkers at the same firm.

The identity of the deceased has remained undisclosed.
