Group of thieves dressed as police rob high-rise apartments in Koreatown

According to police, a gang of robbers wearing what the victims claimed were police uniforms broke into a high-rise apartment complex in the Koreatown neighborhood early on Saturday morning.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, it occurred at approximately 2:40 a.m. at the Nari Koreatown apartment complex, which is situated in the 3100 block of Wilshire Boulevard.

Investigators were informed by victims that three guys in black police uniforms and masks, together with one man in a gray sweatshirt and mask, stormed into their apartment building and stole jewelry and a substantial sum of cash.

During the heist, the suspects utilized a firearm, but nobody was shot. According to authorities, one of the tenants who was beaten by the accused refused to be taken for medical treatment.

Men in the neighborhood are worried about their personal safety because of the occurrence.

“That’s scary, that’s scary,” local resident Tim Ahn remarked. “I’m not sure what I would do if I went up to them or if they approached me.” You sort of follow their instructions since you instinctively presume that they are the legal authority.

That’s the only thing that makes the occurrence on Saturday such a serious offense.
