Fire crews battle San Bernardino vegetation blaze

Around 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, firefighters were called to a vegetation fire that had started on Little Mountain Drive and West Edgehill Road in San Bernardino.

According to San Bernardino County Fire, the fire quickly spread over roughly 30 acres “in light flashy fuels.”

Around 3:20 p.m., aerial imagery revealed that firemen were attending to hotspots, so flames were not visible.

Up to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, a red flag warning for a Particularly Dangerous Situation was in force for parts of Ventura and Los Angeles counties, including the valleys, mountains, and some coastal districts.
