On Wednesday night, a fire started inside a residence in Studio City and quickly spread to neighboring homes and vegetation.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the fire broke out at a four-story house located at 3656 N. Sunswept Dr. at approximately 8:52 p.m.
It jumped to surrounding residences after engulfing the house and spreading to the nearby brush. To stop the spread and stop it from spreading into additional vegetation, firefighters went into defense mode.
