New Orleans – Extreme heat, with humidity levels near 100%, is the main concern. Temperatures reach the upper 90s in most parts of the world. Maintaining a comfortable 108–115 degrees Fahrenheit is possible with dew points close to 80.
If you really must work outside in the heat, pay attention to your body and be sure to take lots of pauses. If you can, try to do most tasks first thing in the morning.
