The San Jose Police Department reports that two persons were killed on Monday in two different traffic-related incidents in San Jose.
According to SJPD, one incidence included a driver who lost his life in a solo vehicle collision near Santa Teresa Boulevard and Bailey Avenue.
A caller reported spotting an overturned car on the side of the road, according to SJPD. The motorist, a guy, was declared dead at the site despite the arrival of emergency medical services.

Bailey Avenue to Laguna Avenue is the closed portion of Santa Teresa Boulevard. The police warn everyone in the region to avoid it and look for other ways.

In a different instance, a significant injury crash involving a motorcycle occurred near Alameda and Newhall. With severe injuries, the motorcycle rider was sent to the hospital. He was taken to the hospital but eventually died from his wounds, even though life support had been given to him.
