All lanes of westbound 101 Freeway near Encino reopen after overturned big rig

The westbound 101 Freeway near Encino was closed Tuesday morning due to an overturned large truck, but all lanes were reopened.

As personnel attempted to clear Hayvenhurst Avenue, the California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert. According to CHP, the crash happened before six in the morning.
