Video shows clash between group of teenage bicyclists and Mercedes-Benz in Mid-Wilshire

A gang of adolescent cyclists and a Mercedes-Benz driver appear to clash in Mid-Wilshire in this wild video that has recently begun to circulate on social media.

A white Mercedes races dangerously near to the group of bikers, occasionally running red lights and driving on the wrong side of the road as it darts past a large group of bikes traveling west on W. Olympic Boulevard. The video shows for almost a minute.

These actions set the stage for the subsequent incident, in which a gang of bikers, many of whom are thought to be minors, approach the automobile inside a parking garage and seem to attack the driver and his car until he is able to escape.

Some residents in Mid-Wilshire claim to have witnessed a sizable number of bikes passing through their area on Saturday, however it’s unclear when the videos were recorded.

According to Rosalina Hernandez, who runs a local company, they typically visit at least once a year.

“Woo! I was over there! “Go guys, do a wheelie, do a wheelie!” she recounted, describing the thrill she and a few of her patrons experienced. “It was quite happy. People were honking and cheering them on from the customers outside.

Hernandez, who is usually a fan, disagrees with what she observed on both sides of the video.

“Seeing the video, it’s giving me chills because it’s unacceptable,” she stated. In particular, as a father. You can’t be frustrated enough to have to go to that length.”

Investigators from the Los Angeles Police Department have not yet verified the precise time the video was taken or whether any arrests were related.

According to some, the event is merely the most recent in a concerning pattern on Southern California highways, where large bike gatherings, crowds of minibike riders, and street takeovers generate chaos at the expense of others and create traffic that affects the places where they congregate for prolonged periods of time.
