Meghan Markle is making a major announcement to kick off 2025. She revealed on social media that her new lifestyle reality series will debut on Netflix on January 15.
“With love, Meghan,” an eight-episode series, released its trailer on Thursday. It depicts Markle in the garden and kitchen, giving advice to friends and certain special visitors while she cooks, harvests, and decorates.
“I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it,” Markle said in the teaser advertisement.
Markle’s series “reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-tos and candid conversation with friends, new and old,” according to Netflix.
Along with other well-known chefs and close friends, guests include Alice Waters, Roy Choi, and Mindy Kaling. Prince Harry, her husband, appears in the trailer.
Michael Steed, the show’s director, also directed Anthony Bourdain’s “The Mind of a Chef.”
The clip was released the day after Meghan returned to Instagram, which she had abandoned in 2020. She shared a black-and-white video of herself writing 2025 in the sand while sprinting on a beach.
In 2018, Meghan married Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex. Together with Harry’s brother Prince William and his wife, Kate, the Princess of Wales, the couple was originally a part of @KensingtonRoyal. Around the time that Meghan and Harry declared they were leaving their official positions, they started their own account, @SussexRoyal, a year later. This account was shut down in 2020.
