According to authorities, a man in Galveston County is being charged as a result of an investigation into fraudulent activities related to roofing.
In a statement, it was reported that Michael Kennedy, a 41-year-old resident of Dickinson, was accused of committing a serious crime of damaging property.

Throughout the investigation, authorities stated that it was found that the roof had been manually manipulated using mechanical means. This involves purposeful harm caused to a roof’s surface to mimic the effects of natural phenomena such as storms.
