In Harris County, three individuals are currently facing charges related to the alleged beating of a 70-year-old man.
On Sunday, July 14, court papers state that Darian Ellis, 18, Kaydriana Webbs, 17, and Kaytlin Sandoval, 22, removed the victim from his vehicle following an accident and assaulted him many times. It was unclear what the victim’s condition was at first.
Ellis and Webbs were both given $10,000 bonds by a Harris County judge during a probable cause hearing. Sandoval was released on a bail of $7,500.

In addition to abstaining from any drug and weapon use, Webbs and Sandoval are also required not to communicate with one another, Ellis, or the victim.
