The California Highway Patrol reports that it occurred on Santiago Canyon Road shortly after 3 p.m.
Although the cause of the collision is unknown, police report that four people—two kids on the bus and two from the sedan—were brought to local hospitals as a precaution.
The number of youngsters on the bus has not yet been disclosed by the police.
