Following a shooting in Lakewood on Sunday night, one person was murdered and two others were taken to the hospital.
Investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department say it occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m. close to Alburtis Avenue and 207th Street.
One victim was found dead at the site when deputies arrived. The condition of the other two was unknown when they were transported to local hospitals.
No details on a suspect or the shooting’s motivation were given.
